Financial Regulation And Financial Liberalization——International Experience And Revelation Of The Liberalization Of Banking System

The subject of this dissertation is financial rugulation and liberalization of the banking system. As the ancient Chinese saying goes: A rock from another mountain can he used to chisel your own jade. This dissertation intends to draw the success experience of and lessons learned by foreign banks in this area, elaborate on the contents of domestic financial liberalization, and try to integrate the two pa~-ts effectively. The purpose is to come up with helpful recommendations for the financial liberalization and rebuilding the financial regulatory system of China and to establish a regulatoiy framework to ensure the smooth operation of the financial system. Vlie dissertation is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, explaining the intention of the author the second part is to introduce theories on financial regulation and financial liberalization ; the third part is comparison between developed and developing countries in terms of their development process of financial regulation and financial liberalization; the fourth part outlines the existing financial regulation and liberalization development of our country and puts forward some recommendations.
