China's WTO Entrance And Its Telecom Service Industry Development Policy Studies

Since the starting of 9Ws, telecommunication service industry has been playing a even more important role in the global economy. Moreover, with the dramatic development of telecommunication, computer and network technologies in recent years, telecommunication service industry has got the base to become a marketable industry. Developed countries had got a lot of results and experiences in telecommunication service industry reform. But developing countries like China are trying hard to deaL with the dilemma of opening up one抯 domestic telecom service market and promoting the national telecom service industry at the same time. This paper analyzes firstly reasons lie behind the fact that rather than a natural monopoly, telecom service industry has become a marketable industry, and then studies the historical development of typical countries and the differences between Chinese Telecom service and that of developed countries.
