| The combination of A. T. & E originated from the practice in proceeding rural revolutions undertaken by the majority of our cadres and masses. After more than year' s probe, although there have been great development, it has not become the key force in promoting science and nourishing agriculture, as many problems still exist in both theory and practice. Under this circumstances, with a deep research and analysis on the social economic origin of the emerging and developing of the combination, on the present situation and existing problems of the combination and on its basic theory, and management systems and operating systems, this article discusses patterns and operating systems in carrying out the combination of A. T. & E, providing some methods and measures concerning the sound development of this combination in China.This article sketches out the operating mechanism and systems of the combination. From the view of relation between supply and demand, the operating mechanism can be summarized as : carrying out and effective combination according to the theory of relation between supply and demand, guided by the market on the principle of every agricultural, technological and educational departments in accordance with the market system, all of which supported by the service system supervised by the integration of national adjusting and dominating of managing controlling and supervising system with A. T. & E. From the point of human actions and systematic atmosphere, the carrying out of the combination is to adjust relationships between persons who are in the lines of technology, education and agriculture, through the way of a series of systematic arrangement, so that there is a tendency of consistence in their conducts.inIn view of the above-mentioned acknowledgement, this paper, based on summarizing the main present ways, experiences, modes, management systems and operating mechanisms on the combination of Agriculture. Technology and Education in our country, raises new ways and methods to better realize, the combination of Agriculture, Technology and Education under new circumstances.1. There should be a deepened reform of the supplying system of technological achievements, and the combination of technological achievements, and the combination of Agriculture, Technology and Education ought to be realized during the course of supplying. CD Deepening the reform of management systems and strengthening the effective supplying of technology. For one ting, We should take the classified management to the organization of agricultural scientific research. For another, the new agricultural operating mechanisms established are expected to be open, mobile, competitive and cooperative. (2)Reforming our teaching systems, improving our education mechanisms and exerting the basic functions of education. First, we should reform the education systems and thus stimulate the vigor of all sorts of educational factors. Second, we ought to adjust the education structure, and give a rational distribution of education resource. Third, we should feasibly expand the investments on education, improving the multi-channel investment mechanism. Fourth, there also should be a feasible improvement of the vocational education in rural areas.2. We should perfect the promoting, passing and spreading system of technological achievements, and in this way realize the combination of Agriculture, Technology and Education.
