Study On Forest-region Technological Economy Of Forestry Products In Great Xingan Of Inner Mountains

Abstract Great Xingan of Inner Mountains is one of most important nature forest region in China, and a main producing base of wood as well. It plays an important role in Chinese economical Construction. To 1999 it has produced 154.16 million m3i timbers and provided various forestry by-produces. However, the great changes occurred in the whole function of national forest region after the Project, Nature Forest Resource Preservation, was fully put into effect. Besides resuming the ecological function of forest, as a result, it needs to consider the sustainable development of the national forest region. The renewable resource in forest has not only the functions of adjusting environment but also of supplying human with some important materials for production and subsistence. None but effective producing, the forest would fulfil its all functions that contributing human抯 subsistence and development, and its resources would be preserved well. With near 50-year exploitation and construction on forest region in Great Xingan, it gets some development in forestry industry. However, it exists wholly many problems such as inconsistent proportion and bad complementation of interior industries, low output ratio of whole industry, primitive and unbalance industrial structure, monotonous processing arrangement, scarce investment gross. Based on the viewpoints of technology and economy, the thesis analyzes the status quo and existing problems of forestry industry in Great Xingan, Inner Mountains. And combining with the production practice and traits of resource in forest region, it quests for a development way adapting to the forestry industry in national forest region. That makes forestry produce structure full of market competition and reasonably arranges the finite forest resources is one effective way that promote the development of economy in forest region and insure the prosperous Project of Nature Forest Resource Preservation. Finally to actuate a sustainable development of the economy in forest region. Connecting the theory research it get a quite good result from the theoretical practice in Sanhe Composite Lt. Co. in Mangui Forestry Bureau, Great Xingan, Inner Mountains.
