The Suppliers Selection & Maintenance In Supply Chain Management

Based on the analysis of the supply chain management, a new approach of business management, this thesis focuses on the discussion on how to select satisfying suppliers and how to maintain supply chain partner relationship so that a more reasonable supply chain management is obtained. Strategic supportive partner relationship is not only of great importance to strategic management of supply chain but also the key point of integrated supply chain management. As the author points out, evaluation system, the basis of supply chain partnership, being established, the author makes her way to apply the modem technology of artificial neutral network to the process of suppliers?evaluation and selection. In order to keep the supply chain partner relationship, the author first puts forward the existing problems in the partner relationship, great emphasis is laid on coordination method and stimulation method, which consists of: 1 role of the key enterprise in supply chain management; 2 be more trustful among supportive enterprises; 3 improve the cultural mixing ability of the key enterprise; 4 establish an effective mutual-shared information system; 5 set up a reasonable evaluation system to suppliers?achievements. Finally, the author points out the significance of establishing supply chain partner relationship in China to solve the existing problems in our enterprises.
