The ideology of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is drawing a universal attention in modern society. The market competition in the new century is not between enterprises but between the supply chains. The management is no enterprises are able to obtain the initiative in the competition without joining the supply chain. This perception has been accepted extensively in both academic and business circle.Corporations contact tightly each other, and team up to work, to seek reduction cost, to improve service quality and realize the most profit in the SC. But, there are some difficulties in SCM, witch cannot settle with "cooperation fellowship" . So, Strategy Alliances (SA) becomes a project to settle those difficulties. In many types of SA, the alliances of Core Enterprise (CE) with supply enterprises are more commonly.The Information Communion (IC) is not only in one enterprise, but also in SC. IC is the key stratagem to strengthen, SA fellowship.IC can offer much merit to SC, such as reduction un-confirmation,unsymmetrical information and the bullwhip effect in the Supply Chain. To SA, IC can still offer more general market information, more managerial and technical sustain.This dissertation therefore will introduce the theory of the Strategy Alliances and the information communion of the supply chain management and show this author's research work.
