Globalization is regarded main current of the economy development all over the world, The earth have become a " small village" that was due to internet and technical development. The domestic competitions and economy development have being internationalized, so Chinese enterprise must be standing on the world.This thesis gives us a case, that introduces systematically the JianYou company goes abroad for a development, it also writes about participating international competition process, emphasizes specially the entrance of market and situation of competition as the key issue. It' s Expatiating the company how to accommodate market environment; improve the viability; better international competitive; make living space and how to develop by themselves.There are three contents in the analysis part of this thesis. Firstly, it researched the necessity and feasibility of the oversea strategy of JianYou company. Secondly, it analysed the competitiveness and general strategy by two methods of SWOT and benchmarking. Finally, it estimated the process of competition in Algerian.This thesis passes the oversea competing typical case, gives us a view of how to put oversea strategy into practice, studies continuously good development in local construction industry in the last few years. It' s very significative to reply the pressure from the foreign industry business enterprise and how to develop the oversea market and obtain the greater competitive advantage etc.
