Hotel company international competitiveness (HCIC) means a kind of ability of hotel company that can make it set up and maintain its competitive advantage and gain long-term profit and develop continually by using effectively and even creating its resources in the international market competition, comparing international competitors. The research on the HCIC is intended to fill a vacancy in the research field of HCIC and put forward basic tactics of how to enhance HCIC of China based on the positive research of it.The framework of this article consists of three parts:1.Basic research. As a foreshadow of the article on a whole, this part explains research of HCIC primarily about how to form HCIC, the analysis of expression of HCIC and how to operation in the global market2.Positive research. In the guide of the research of HCIC, firstly, this part analyzes the present situation of HCIC by using some particular targets. Secondly, this part compares competitiveness in the market of China between Chinese and foreign hotel company. At last, this part analyzes the realistic of the decisive factor of hotel company of China to go global.3.On the basis of basic research and positive research and in view of the balance of the present competitive environment and the future development, this part takes the present situation and existing problems of HCIC of China into account and puts forward basic tactics of how to enhance HCIC of China.
