After the reform and opening to the outside world, China抯 economy makes a quick development. Rural residents?income level and consumption level keep obviously improving. But in the late of I 990s, the phenomena that restriction of consumption hinders China抯 economic development have gotten stronger and stronger with forming of Buyer抯 Market and appearance of Asian financial crisis. Owing to absence of real competition strength in the international market , it has been blocked in exportation to foreign and urban residents?consumption amount has been decreasing, how to stimulate rural residents?consumption and improve their consumption amounts have become focus of attention and study in society. Hei Long Jiang province is looked on as the bigger agriculture province in China. Agriculture populations have a large proportion. Studying a series of question such as rural residents?consumption behavior, consumption function and so on have great signification in promoting development of consumption economy and accelerating construction of wealthy residents and powerful province.Rural residents?consumption question is looked on as main study object in the thesis.
