The Study Of The Pattern Of Agricultural Finance's Growing In Contemporary～(1) China:1956-2000

Agricultural finance?growing is important to the development of agricultural economy. According to the relative segments of the theory of finance抯 developing, the economics of development, the economics of agriculture and the economics of system, this thesis studies the mode of Chinese agricultural finance抯 growing at the background of industrialization since the establishment of socialist economic system. Historical means is utilized as well as theoretical means, and this thesis is not only qualitative but also quantitative. Before the transformation of rural economic system, Chinese agricultural finance抯 growing proceeds in the typical externally oriented mode, and after that, the externally oriented mode is switching to the internally oriented mode. The former is closely connected with the government-oriented strategy of industrialization. Because of the unfavorable status of agriculture and the contortion of the internal mechanism of agricultural finance抯 growing, the growth of agricultural finance is restricted, and mainly quantitative. The agricultural finance is utilized as atonement to the excessive outflow of agricultural economic resource. The transformation of rural economic system makes it possible that the internal mechanism of agricultural finance抯 growing comes into being. So the transition to the internally oriented mode began. Although in the formal economic system, agriculture is more favorable, the frailty of agriculture itself still exists. At the same time, spontaneous industrialization in rural region affects the agricultural finance抯 growing indistinctly. All these stand in agricultural finance抯 way to the internally oriented mode, and the positive impact of agricultural finance抯 growing is restricted. To accelerate the current transition to the internally oriented mode, this thesis tables means of accelerating the maturity of the internal mechanism of agricultural finance抯 growing, establishing the system of agricultural finance which fits for the internal mechanism, making up for the frailty of agriculture in market-oriented economy, and so on.
