Study On Decision-making Project Investment Of Poverty Alleviation In Rural

To relieve and get rid of poverty,Our country have taken strong measures and economic reform since china's reform and opening in 1978,and attained great success.But there are 34120000 people under the line of absolute poverty in countryside where natural environment are poor .How to upgrade the efficiency of anti-poverty and choose project of poverty relief? These problems are not only of theoretical interests but also of practical interests.Based on the developing theories of anti-poverty ,the paper analyses the poverty's current situation hi rural and the reason why poverty relief of our country is so slowly .It establishes that to improve the efficiency of anti-poverty we must apply scientific decision-making on project investment and make it regulate step by step.Through the above analysis, this essay aims at guiding poverty relief in our countryside and getting rid of absolute poverty early.The paper consists of six sections:(1) Introduction;(2) The fundamental principle of decision-making on project investment of anti-poverty in rural;(3) The status quo of rural poverty and decision-making of poverty alleviation in our countryside;(4) To make scientific decision-making on project investment of poverty alleviation;(5) The procedure and ways of decision-making on project investment of poverty alleviation;(6) The implementation and evaluation of decision-making on project investment of poverty alleviation.
