On The Set-up And Enforcement Of The Management And Modern System For The Transportation Enterprises

The resolution of the 3meeting of the 14 conference points out that sctting up modem system for our enterprises is badly needed in the development in the production and trading in the market, It is the aim of the reform for our national enterprises. Since the 15 party conference our central authorities have pointed out that ,aclually, the success of our economic reform depends on the reform of the national companies, We should set up and improve economic system in Chinese society and have the nice combination of the public ownership and marketing economic and, above all, We need to set up the management system and good market selling system in the national enterprises. We must change the old planed economy and running system and set up the new running system adapting to the social market aiming at gaining good profit. That is our party request for our national enterprises and that is also the only way for our enterpnses to survive in the competition in the market today. Now the national transportation enterprises are confronting the great challenge that we have never faced before. For the past few years we have got deficit in the fierce competition. I am finding out the very reason of it is without clear property-right and our management system is out of date, and more over, too more employees than we needed, and the excessive debt and heavy welfare. After analyzing the theory and working on the data of all the companies of china and the foreign s I find out that our enterprises should regard the fierce competition as the stimulation to make us have a reform of the property-right and change the management system. We should make everybody be sure that we can not survive without property-right reform and enforcement of the management. We definitely need to get ready for the competition or we will lose in it. Our way of production and the big size of our enterprises forces us to make our company partly private-owned. (or let it owned by several stock owners.) Although sharing stocks is not a perfect way in modem enterprises it has something to do with the profit of everyone. Stock owning will stimulate everyone to do his best. In my view, stock sharing can make most people gain something. That will be the only way for our enterprise. We should enforce management system as well as reform in the transportation system. We can never expect that we can be successful without enforcement of management. Without good management the reform will end up in losing profit. I think we can make both the executives and workers willing to work here and self-discipline by changing our companies into the stock-sharing ones. We can let the individual rent our property such as trucks, taxis, and so on with certain insurance and contract. In this way, we can keep various form of contraction. The company should have a new rule to lessen the cost, make the ends meet, the accountants should be responsible for reminding and urging some customers to pay up all the debt, not overdraw the loan from our company. The last but not least everybody should be clear that we can not survive without the best service. According to the 1S09002- 2000, we should offer our best service in order to get ready for entering WTO. We had better change new vehicles and other equipment regularly so that we can have the best transporting facilities for transporting. We can use advanced information technology and be equipped with advanced good computer or even get on line in order to make good use of the information and our facility to get the most profit.
