The Research On The Management And Operation Mode In The Student Apartment Construction Industry

AbstractFrom the development strategy of universities and colleges in the 21st century, this paper analyze the shortage of the student apartment and the present situation of its building in China. The author put forward the plan that is to form the student apartment construction group to resolve the shortage of the student apartment. The author especially expounds the organization mode, the right of the property, the organization structure and the way of the management and administration about the student apartment construction group.There are three modes to form the group that is the horizontal combination mode, the vertical combination mode and the multiple combination modes. The group should be set up in stock system. Two kinds of form can be taken up, one is the joint stock company limited, the other is limited liability company. The group should be managed as the modern enterprise. It must be emphasized specially to cultivate core capability in the group, which is the development and management of the student apartment.This paper put the student apartment construction in the situation of the housing industry modernization. A brief description of the housing industry development about present station,prospect and restriction factors in China is given . The author suggests making the student apartment construction as a gap to implement the housing industry modernization.
