Analysis And Study On Technological Development Of Housing Industry Modernization

Housing is one of the basic livelihood of human existence and development. Housing industry has been the new growth point of our national economy and one of the pillar industries of national economic development. However, there are still many problems in the development of housing industry, most of the urban construction is supported by great input of labor force and capital and is the extensive development at low level, which leads to the separation between the existing housing production and management mode and modern production mode. So it is urgently needed to greatly develop the technology of housing industry modernization to promote housing industry modernization and to meet the people's increasing requirements, through basic technological study and the application of technological research and development according to the new situation of our national market economy.The technological development of housing industry modernization is a complex systematic project, which has close link to all the aspects of housing industry modernization. On the basis of comprehensive study on the characteristics of national and foreign housing industry development, combined with real situation of our national housing industry technological development, using the experiences of developed countries for reference, putting forward the proper developing mode of our housing industry technology. Also it incisively analyzes what should be the first developed and the fields to be developed priory during the promotion and enforcement of housing industry modernization technologicaldevelopment. The article describes the sustainable development principles and analyzes the technological innovation mechanism of housing industry modernization technology.After analyzing housing industry technological improvement and its contribution rate, the article brings forward that technological development level should be evaluated using technological improvement contribution rate, on the basis of which evaluates the development level of housing industry modernization technology of Shanxi Province. Based on the investigation and research on the existing conditions of Xi'an, Xianyang, Baoji, Hanzhong and Yulin theses five cities, comprehensively analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the technological development of housing industry modernization in Shanxi Province, and put forward the regional mode of the technological development of housing industry modernization in Shanxi Province and some related policies and suggestions.
