As our country joins WTO ,the enterprises will be faced with the international market ,and consequently the competition will become stronger .But ,at present there is not a mature risk theory in view of the economic situation of our country to guide the business risk management .So it is a realistic requirement and historic trend for a enterprise to lend the western risk theory and experience in accordance with its own situation ,to improve its knowledge about risk and to overcome blind management.Based on our country 's finance circles" study on the business financial risk management and combined the concrete situations and future development of the business in our country ,the article expound that our country' s business should strengthen the knowledge about financial risk management and improve the technology of financial risk management.
