The overall train of thought of this thesis is:Why research to the presentlypeople-oriented corporate culture in all countries(namely silver corporate culture),what the ossified idea of silver corporate culture in philosophy vision is,how toconstruct the new people-oriented ideal(namely platinum corporate culture)in thephilosophy vision,how to prove the function of the platinum corporate culture frommultidimensional visual angle,and what we should pay attention to step into theplatinum corporate culture. The thesis is divided into five chapters altogether in the content arrangement: Chapter one is about the summary of corporate culture and its presently existingstate("for being"),including its distillation from"in itself''to"for itself'',theintension of the corporate culture,the developing stage of corporate culture in thehistorical doctrine visual angle,and its"for being",etc.The development of thecorporate culture is divided into four stages in the thesis,namely:Black ironcorporate culture,brass corporate culture,silver corporate culture and platinumcorporate culture.On the basis of analyzing the presently people'oriented corporateculture in all countries,the thesis points it out to belong to the silver corporateculture exactly.Chapter two is about the analysis of the silver corporate culture inphilosophy vision,mainly points out the self-ossified idea in the prerequisite,thesubject,the object,the ways of encouragement and values,etc.Chapter three is aboutthe corresponding theory innovation in the philosophy vision to the self-ossified ideapointed out in chapter two,and proposes constructing the new people—oriented idealof the platinum corporate culture.Chapter four analyses the function of the platinumcorporate culture from the multidimensional visual angle for demonstrating thenecessity and reality of the platinum corporate culture.The last chapter is about somequestions paid attention to,and some suggestions to the government policy in orderto smash the self-ossified idea,and construct the new people-oriented ideal.
