The fourth part-Strengthen the construction basic tactics of strength of corporate culture of our country.The thesis has defined the corporate culture strength, analysed the characteristic in such respects as the forming process of corporate culture, form of expression , realizing the way ,etc, and summarized the basic function of corporate culture strength.The thesis has analyzed Objective necessity on function of corporate culture strength and inherent limitation.
