The Development And Practice Of The International Human Rights Protection System

Being into a. new century, with the global unity developing rapidly, the international protection of human rights becomes the problem given consideration to increasingly by every governments and people in the world. Nowadays there is still no common understanding and cognition on human rights in the nation. The problem of international human rights protection has become the focus concerned with and struggled for by each countries on the international relationship. Aimed at this situation, my thesis has discussed and analyzed on the development and practice of the international human rights protection system in the recent years. It emphasized the developing situation of the international protection system after the Second World and also analysised the differences and its essences on the problem of human rights. It has elaborated our government's position on human rights striving for describing the whole outline of the human rights protection system.
