With China entering economy globalization, the market environment both at home and abroad on which our railway locomotive & rolling stock industrial enterprise rely for existence is changing dramatically. We are facing global competition and challenge. " The economy globalization is an inevitable outcome of the development of productive forces. It is not a choice but a reality. No any country can take an attitude of avoiding it. What they can do is how to appraise the situation and take right action to meet it."As China national railway locomotive & rolling stock industrial enterprise is operated in the planed economy for a long time and enjoys the trade protection by Ministry of Railway, China is presently in a period of economy system reform and joining in WTO, plus the effects of self-limited, which seriously constrains the further development of reforming in national railway locomotive & rolling stock industrial enterprise. In accordance with the a/m conditions and integrated with the general strategic requirements of " going abroad" from MOFTEC and " One main profession, diversified businesses, footing in railway, facing to the whole country and going to the world" from LORIC, we should fully utilize the transitional period before and after joining in WTO to fasten the process of reform, i.e. dravving up a flexible and healthy strategy through deep thinking and careful planning to guide enterprise business activities so as to meet economy globalization.In the thesis, the vvriter firstly makes a microscopic analysis and study for the effects on China railway locomotive & rolling stock industrial enterprise of economy globalization and joining in WTO. Secondly, the writer makes a further analysis and study of the buying behavior of foreign group, the competition environment and the international situation of supply and demand for railway locomotive & rolling stock. And on the basis of a/m microscopic analysis, the writer further makes an analysis of the detailed effects, the situation, the market position and the future development direction of China railway locomotive & rolling stock industrial enterprise after join in WTO. Finally, according to the characteristics of railway locomotive & rolling stock industry and the present organization system, put fonvard that china railway locomotive &rolling stock industry shall make strategic marketing decision from the follovved three levels: the company, the strategic institutional unit and the product market. Meanvvhile the vvriter put fonvard of the research model of strategic marketing and using capitalmarket to integrale the existing product market and strategic institutional unit and to carry out capital marketing so as to enhance the general force and realize the competition advantages of locomotive & rolling stock industry. Through the study and analysis in this thesis, the writer believes that after entering into the economy globalization, our locomotive & rolling stock industrial enterprise must insist on a eternal theme of strengthening the enterprise management, improving the internal quality" so as to meet the requirements pf economy globalization.
