Research On Agri-tourism And Its Planning

During urbanization and under some economical conditions Agri-tourism comes to be a new kind of ecological , cultural tourism which combines agricultural landscape, settlements landscape, and field landscape with tourism. It is caricatured with ecological function, knowledgeable functionN leisured function. In recent years, many Agri- tourism items have been developed in our urban outskirts, and some of them have gained good economic and ecological benefits. While some of them failed because which lack of new idea and rational planning. These failing items caused not only waste of capital, but also destroy the eco-environment. New theory is needed to be the base of the planning of the districts of Agri-tourism, and so to be able to realize the real intention of the Agri-tourism. And this can also rectify the spatial structure of the Agri-tourism area.At first, this paper analyze the definition x intention and caricature of Agri-tourism. Then this paper analyze the present conditions of the Agri-tourism's development and research, then analyze the problems in the process of the Agri-tourism. This paper makes a conclusion that the landscape ecological theory is needed to be put into the planning of the Agri-tourism. The landscape structure and landscape function and the way of the planning of the Agri-tourism are also discussed in the paper.At last, the paper choose two districts to be as applications for the research of the Agri-tourism.1. "Xi'an modern agricultural comprehensive development zone" which has beenplanned and partial products has been put into realization. This paper try to research the landscape structure and landscape function with qualitative analysis, and to release the problems and their resolution.2. "Royal Shang Lin Yuan Ecological Tourism Park" in Xi'an Dulin. The paper released a planning scheme, then analyze the scheme with quantitative and qualitative analysis.The innovations of the paper is that put landscape ecological theory into the research of the Agri-tourism. The paper also drew a conclusion that the spatial structure of Agri-tourism must be based on not the traditional theory of land design, but the theory of landscape ecology, so that it can realize sustainable development.
