| After 20 years of theory research and practice, the eco-agricultural construction in china has made a great progress. It has developed from family, village and town to county. How to popularize the successful experiences in microcosmic scale to a lager scale, and how to combine the microcoscale and macroscale together, the planning theory and method of the eco-agricultural construction in county needs to be researched.Due to the problem of relative condition of lagging in the planning theory and method of the eco-agricultural construction at present, the paper put forward a theory system about the eco-agricultural planning in region, in which the kernel is the complex eco-system theory, others are the landscape ecology theory for the eco-agricultural in region spatial pattern planning and the recycle economy theory for the industry planning of the eco-agricultural in region, on the basis the method of the eco-agricultural planning in region is constructed.Taking Jiaonan as the studying area, the complex ecosystem which include the nature ecology system, economy system and society system was analyzed and evaluated using the method of system analysis, the nature ecology system analysis includes the general review of the natural environment, the analysis of the eco-environmental problem in county and the evaluation of the eco-environmental sensitivity. The agro-economy and agro-society system analysis includes the analysis of agriculture population and labors situation in the whole county, the analysis of economy structure, and the hierarchical cluster analysis of the economy and society development degree of each town. And using the landscape indexes, the spatial pattern of land use in Jiaonan was analyzed. The eco-agricultural construction regionalization in Jiaonan was concluded on the basis of the nature ecology system analysis and the hierarchical cluster analysis of the economy and society development degree of each town.eco-agricultural planning in Jiaonan based on the eco-agricultural construction background further analysis of each town include two parts, one is to define the eco-agricultural function for each larger regionalization and put forward the eco-agricultural industry network, the other is to regionalize and plan the smaller region in the larger region according to the eco-environmental sensitivity and the spatial pattern of land use.. |
