In this article, starting from the constitutional factors, which influence the industry competition, five kinds of competition actions that exist in the color TV industry as well as their influence on the color TV industry are explicated. Because the color TV industry's interest has decreased to be close to the social average interest and the industry concentration tends to be more convergent, the conclusion can be drawn that the color TV industry has become a developed manufacture. Next, some domestic color TV factories' success or failure in their competitive strategy and market setting is analyzed by using the theory of competitive strategy and analyzing the specific situation. For the above mentioned, based on the theory that the internal cause determines the last result and the external cause motivates the effect, the \\riter tries to expose how the fact has come into existence that in the color TV industry the weaker are still existing and the stronger are not powerful enough. In this paper the writer thinks that there are new competitors coming into being continuously in the industry with the fall of the entrance barrier, while the distemperedness of the quit mechanism hamper the tailed to retreat, which can not lead to death of the weaker. On the other hand the implicit structural factor as well as its evolvement in the circumstance make the competition wild in the industry and the stronger can't be strong for long .The price war frequently breaking out is an enlace for the sponsor. But it is also a rational choice to the benefit of both the enterprise individual and the whole industry.
