"The economy development, with main features - division of labor and specialization, is considered as the result of reforms on the way we produce. " In the rest more than 20 years in 20th century, specified market' s engendering , development and impulse to local economy, as a specific "Zhejiang Feature" , is definitely the best reflection and application of theories on "division of labor and specialization" in real world. With the development of economy reforms, the establishment of market economy system spread at home , China' s entry into WTO and accelerating process of internationalization, traditional specified market is confronted with problems of degrading of status and wakening of functions, which also arouses relative arguments in economy field. For the purpose of serving Zhejiang' s economy development better, how specified market find the new competitive advantages on the basis of division of labor and specialization, make self-renovation on functions and take outward-orientated development strategy became author' s initial cause of writing this dissertation, and author also try to have a study on these problems.It follows steps as follows. First, we theoretically proved the positive effects of specified division of labor on the Zhejiang' s economy developments by adopting division of labor theory and model from Adam Smiths Allyn Young and Yang Xiaokai, and conclude that the development of specified market deepened level of division of labor and specialization through relative analysis, as well as strengthened competition power of Zhejiang' s economy.Second, we analyzed dilemma and chances that specified market faces, pointing that specified market should transform to modernized organization by harmonizing theory of internal competitive advantage and theory of external competitive advantage. To achieve this goal, functionself-renovation of specialized market and outward-orientated strategy of economy development are recommended. Many suggestions on the analysis of above contents for reference are listed at the end of this dissertation. Besides, abundant small cases are listed to give on-the-spot explanations. Concept of Social capital is expounded and connected with specified market. Author believed it is an interesting problem worth further exploiting.
