Research On The Risks Management Of Enterprises Foreign Trade

As the entry of china into WTO,most domestic enterprises will be awarded privilege in foreign trade ,and enter international market directly,how to deal with the circumstance of the international market and the rules of WTO is the problem that every enterprise must resolve.This article emphasises on how to avoid the risks of foreign trade.Firstly ,this article describes the present situation of the risks of foreign trade and the defects of risk management.Secondly,this article analyses the risks of policy, the risks of signing contract,the risks of performing contact etc,and establish the scientific system of preventing risks.
