| The reward-system of an enterprise always includes two parts: one is the direct money reward such as pay and bonus, and the other is the indirect money reward such as benefits, etc. The purpose of the establishment of enterprise's reward-system is attracting the persons who are important for realizing the organization aims and making them stay. The practice proves that the successful reward-system design can raise the responsibility and the loyalty of staff, make them lay more stress on their work effects. And it can also improve the cost efficiency of organization, make it gain the competition advantage. Therefore, how to optimize the pay and welfare policy has become one important question for study in modern human resource management. In the article, the author uses the criterion analysis method, summarizes the major types of pay and welfare policy, compares their features, and pinpoints the flexibility while guaranteeing the maneuverability of the reward-system design. The reference models of contingent choice of reward-system are put forward to give the scientific guidance of domestic enterprise's reward-system design practice. |
