The Study Of International Government Procurement System & The Legislation On Chinese Government Procurement System

If our country wants to become a number of WTO (World Trade Organization), it must sign the GPA (Agreement on Government Procurement) and open its domestic market for procurement .Therefore, carrying out the government procurement system is an inevitable requirement for Chinese economy to march to the world.In china the establishment and improvement of government procurement system is a step-by-step process since the legislation related to Chinese government procurement is still in the course of continual trials and practice. This article intends to solve certain problems that we will come across in the work of the legislation on our government procurement by means of the clarification of the relevant issues ,the drawing on the experience of the government procurement system and its legislation in advanced countries and regions, the association with our practical situation and the analysis of the problems that exist in those pilot areas for government procurement. However, this article aims for further improvement of our government procurement system.
