This paper firstly analyses the new situation and new matter that Chinese agriculture are facing present, and then put the essential and the pressing of reducing the peasants' scot on the new situation forward. The paper analyses the circumstance of the peasants' scot in Guangxi all-round, put forward that the basic way to reducing the peasants' scot in Guangxi is to take fee-tax reformation. On the base of the analyses of the reformation that had took in China brevity.
