The Survey Report About The Petition Cases Of One County In Guangxi Northern Region

The author did a field visit investigation and research about the petition cases and its solving situation of one county in GuangXi northern region. The research looks for deep reasons for the emergence of the petition system, why people choose the petition system, the actual effect of the system, the evaluation of individuals and institutions, the working state of the staff and the real state of the county.And based on this, mining the deep reasons produce the petition cases. In a detailed analysis of investigation data, I got a further understanding about the petition system. I think that the existence and development of the system of suggestion has certain rationality and necessity, the petition does not necessarily equal to man rule, the rule of law does not repel the petition. Indeed, there exists many disadvantages in the current petition system, all kinds of disputes to break out. Therefore, it is necessary to do some reformation and reconstruction, and strive to make the system maximum advantage, to meet the demand for the development of the new period.
