Listing companies in Xinjiang have made a rapid progress in recent years, which realize a change from a few experimental units to a fair scale, and greatly promote Xinjiang economy. But at the same time there are many problems should be thought and resolved. China has mot possess favorable conditions completely, for example, the perfect market economic system, the developed credit system and the mature joint - stock economic system. This leads to many problems, which decrease the active function of the mechanism. We must promote them in a formal way.The third part interprets that listing companies greatly promote the regional economy depending on the advantage of their system, from the theoretical angle, which includes five aspects: distributing resources optimally, promoting the upgrade of industries, cultivating new increasing pots, reforming the system and propelling middle and small enterprises.The forth part analyses the situation and problems listing companies in Xinjiang, finds out the gap and clarifies the root, They have not taken good use of the stock market and lack the controllable structure, so we should improve their quality and enhance their function on the regional economy. The subjective reason that causes these problems is its own weaknesses of administration, technology and competitive ability. The objective reasons are the historical problems that are caused by the special origin of listing companies in our country and the very weak basis of Xinjiang economy.
