| The author tries to give economics analysis on the present problems and some difficulties about management system of R&D and put forward some primary suggestions for innovation on mechanism of Sichuan Industrial Institute of Antibiotics (SIIA). The main contents of this paper include.1) Analysis the reasons which restrict the breakthrough in developing Innovative drugs and the enhancement in whole strength from management, technology, human resources, fund etc.2) According to the national policy about science and research reform and comparing the old drug R&D mechanism of SIIA with the successful experience of other companies both at home and abroad, put forward a suggestion on the reform of system and R&D innovation mechanism.3) Give some practical references to other national research institutes to change their old system by the new mechanism, which promote the R&D development in SIIA. |
