The Development Of Electronic Police Promotes The Reform And Innovation Of Public Security Policing Mechanism

" Without informatization,there can be no modernization," President Xi Jinping said.With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the increasing openness and mobility of the society,and the increasing complexity of social conflicts,how to better achieve the work objectives of the public security organs to maintain social security and achieve the modernization of governance capacity is a long-term research topic.Under the modern information-based police mode,it is undoubtedly a more effective choice to promote the reform and innovation of police mechanism and improve police efficiency by using information-based technology,how to use information to achieve the modernization of public security work,how to better and more fully promote the development of electronic police police mechanism reform and innovation is the focus of this paper.This paper takes the public security of J City as an example to conduct a case study on the development of electronic policing to promote the reform and innovation of public security policing mechanism.Through semi-open interview,participatory observation,case analysis and other research methods,the use of police process reengineering,technology and system mutual construction,Jian Fangting’s "technology-execution" framework,overall governance and other theories,Analysis to investigate the development of public security police electronic policing mechanism,promoting role in promoting reform and innovation path,and analyzes the problems existing in the driving process of the deep reason,research shows that technology and system innovation in the reform of police services play their respective advantages and mutual coordination and cooperation are policing mechanism reform of two power on the road to success.Finally,the reform and innovation of public security police mechanism is realized under the organic combination of information technology and system innovation.From the key personnel,technology and system coordination two directions,put forward four countermeasures and suggestions,for the development of electronic police to promote the actual work of public security reform and innovation to provide theoretical reference.
