Research For Management Problems In Housing Design Project

This article starts with the present condition and development of foreign and domestic housing market .The foreign and domestic management model of housing design process in effect is analyzed in the article. Meanwhile, the feasibility and necessity of project management in housing design are also expounded in it. The management problems, such as organization structure and process control are made thorough research in accordance with the present condition of housing design by applying the theories of organization, management control, BPR, plan, encouragement, etc. Combine with the successful cases of Chengdu Architectural Designing Institute, the author analyzes how to form an effective project organization, how to select a qualified project manager and how to build a project team. The quality control mechanisms of housing design are explained in the article too. And the author redesigns professional process on the basis of ISO9000. The project managementsoftware is introduced in the appendix for reference.
