A Strategic Study On The Urbanization And The Development Of Digital City In Qionglai City

Urbanization is not only a phenomenon regarding the demographic migrations and variations which came into being with the social economic development, but also an outcome of the global industrialization. It manifests two contents: one in its quantity, i.e. the proportion of urban population to the total; another in its quality, i.e. the modernization of the city. As an inevitable process of the development of social productivity and an important companion of the economic growth and social activities, urbanization has a vital influence on the development of social economy. It has great significant for us to analyze the urban planning, apply the advanced science and technology in the management of a city, and improve the quality of the development of urbanization during the development of population urbanization.Combined with the real situation of urban development in Qionglai city, this article analyzes the present status, future development and the major existing issues of population urbanization in this city, systematically contrasts the different urban planning and its development trend in China and abroad,and proposes improving the urbanization's quantity level of Qionglai city by analyzing and studying the city and township planning. Besides, based on the application of scientific management method of "Digital City", this paper demonstrates the necessity of the establishment of the "Digital City" in Qionglai and the content of its construction, prepares a systematical design for the setup of "Digital City" there, discusses the planning, framework, information system and the management construction content of the "Digital City". Thus, we can enhance the urbanization's quality level of Qionglai by implementation the project of the construction of the "Digital City" in Qionglai.
