Agriculture is the foundation of the country's stability and development and is an important basic industry.In recent years,China's frequent earthquake disaster,including agriculture,including major economic losses and casualties.Therefore,it is an important measure to reduce disaster losses,promote regional development and maintain social stability.The scientific and comprehensive assessment of post-disaster agricultural industry reconstruction is also the evaluation of disaster recovery,the evaluation of reconstruction performance,and the measurement of a local post-disaster agricultural industry The important method of reconstruction level can provide reference for the adjustment of agricultural policy in the region,accelerate the development of agricultural industry,and provide reference for other regions to promote the reconstruction of post-disaster agriculture industry.This paper mainly uses the theories of regional economic theory,industrial layout theory,industrial structure optimization theory,and questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to study the performance evaluation of post-disaster agricultural industry reconstruction in Qionglai City.This paper is divided into six chapters,namely,the introduction,the relevant theoretical basis,the status quo of the reconstruction of the agricultural industry in Qionglai City,the performance evaluation index system of Qionglai City's performance evaluation,the performance evaluation of the agricultural industry reconstruction in Qionglai City,Suggestions.Based on the satisfaction of Qixingai "6 + 4" affected towns and townships,this paper constructs the evaluation index system based on the reconstruction plan of Lushan earthquake issued by the State Council.Through the questionnaire survey,To calculate the basic data of agricultural industry reconstruction,through the operation and analysis,the post-disaster agricultural industry reconstruction performance of this qualitative problem of quantitative calculation,through the calculation,we found that the disaster areas to recover the disaster recovery policy,the highest satisfaction,other aspects Relative to the second.It is suggested that the government and its relevant departments should always carry out the post-disaster reconstruction work with the satisfaction of the masses in the disaster areas,and earnestly implement the relevant policies of the reconstruction of the agricultural industry,and test the reconstruction results with the actual results of the work and the satisfaction of the masses in the disaster areas.Combined with Qionglai post-disaster agricultural industry in the reconstruction of good practices,summed up the proposed six proposals for the reconstruction of agricultural industries,namely:First,we must adhere to the main government,and actively guide the community to participate;Second,we must adhere to scientific planning;three to adhere to the masses;Five must adhere to deepen the reform;six to adhere to the mechanism of innovation.
