After over 20 years' development now it has become big complex listed company with total asset RMB761.832 million, annual profit and tax 40.325 million, which has taken medicine making as their main business while producing raw materials of medicine, medicine preparation, feed additive etc, holing share and stock participation of service industry in grogshops and hotels, green food industry use commodities.The income of main business in 2001 fiscal year is 186 million yuan, and net profit is RMB 24.587 million. Income of each share is 0.144yuan.85% of main business income and 123.7% of net profit came from main product of raw material medicine -VB2.. Less profit great decrease of net profit by 19.7% although main business made great growth on the contrary. There are two products which accounts for 10% of main business income of the company, i.e VB2 and TNZ .The VB2 producer has great competitive advantage either technical ability, production capacity or in production cost and market expanding, The production has trended to the strong development. Comparatively the product TNZ is in inferior position both in production capacity, manufacturing cost as well as in market expanding, product market is shrinking continuously. Although the company has adopted many measures in product market, decision made is not very scientific. And progress is very slow which cannot give much support rapidly for the company.Simplex of main product, serious loss in investment outside and lack of new product development are huge challenge of the company at present.
