A Research On The Enterprise Management Innovation At The Age Of Knowledge-economy

21st century is the era of knowledge economy (KE), which is the knowledge-based economy, has modern science and technology as its core. On the mean time, KE is the economy that bases on the production, storage and consumption of knowledge and information. In age of KE, knowledge resource has become the most important strategic resource instead of material and finance resource. Economy increase more and more depends upon exploitation and effective utilization of knowledge. Along with the rising of KE, tremendous change is happening in management environment of enterprises. Profound change is being brought out by KE in the field of enterprises management. KE is calling on the naissance of new management conception and management mode that fit the demands of KE.On the base of summarization of the advanced management theory and practice, contraposing to the actuality and problem of enterprises management in China, several viewpoints are put forward on management innovation of Chinese enterprises in this article. Firstly, we should train knowledge staffers to improve the diathesis of management innovation's subject; Secondly, the environment of management innovation should be established by the way of informational management and team management; finally, a proper motivation mechanism should be constructed.Management and technology are two wheels of enterprises development. Only on the base of mastering the advanced management theory and implementation of management innovation, enterprises in China can improve their management level to confront with the challenges of KE. Only in this way enterprises can develop healthily, steadily and incessantly.
