Research, Knowledge Management Strategy Based On The Core Business

With the coming of knowledge economy, knowledge is primary resource for individuals and for enterprises overall; land, labor, and capital-the traditional factors of production become secondary. In such environment it is realistic and significant to research that how enterprises implement the project of knowledge management.The paper firstly introduces the background and significance of knowledge management, and discusses the main framework of knowledge management. Including organizational knowledge processes and knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation processes, and analyzes how knowledge innovation be changed into economic value.The paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge management in our country. Based on the analysis a new perspective of knowledge management is proposed for the purpose of this thesis --The core business梑ased knowledge management strategy. Execution of knowledge management must be melt into the core business process of enterprises. Business process defines the model of knowledge management, and the definition of model provides the evidence for making decision of the knowledge management. In the meantime, the paper argues that effective knowledge management need enterprises to build environment of knowledge sharing culture and establish encouragement mechanism.Finally, the assessment system of knowledge management is presented and the content and index of it are taken detailed discussion.
