Study On Core Competence Of Scientific Medium-and-small Sized Private Enterprise

The scientific medium-and-small sized private enterprise has been playing an important role not only in Chinese science & technology developing, regional economy increasing but also in technological innovating, high-tech developing and industrialization. Because of the influence of enterprise's inherent reason and outside factors, the growing of enterprise generally lacks of impetus that directly influence the enterprise's sustained development. The average age-of enterprise is only 3-4 years and survival rate is only 20% - 30% during the recent 20 years.In this paper, the key factor of influencing the scientific medium-and-small sized private enterprise's sustained development is summed up to the enterprise ignores the importance of core competence which gives continued competitive superiority to enterprise itself .Therefore, the author elaborates the producing and definition of concept of core competence, the advanced theory study on enterprise core competence is also engaged in. Based on the analysis of enterprise developing condition, outer business environment and feature, the analysis and acknowledging model of enterprise core competence is established. Because the producing mechanism of core competence is uncertain now, the feasible methods of exploiting, training and protecting enterprise core competence have been researched into based on some factual evidence. Finally, since the innovation ability is the most important part to influence the scientific medium-and-small sized private enterprise core competence and the culture of enterprise to innovation is very necessary, the author approaches how the culture of enterprise supports .innovation and the formation of the culture of enterprise is probed into.
