The thesis includes two parts, Case and Case Study.Case introduces the revolution of China' s foreign trade policy, descripes the history and current condition of GABP.Case study concludes the role of government played in the field of foreign trade, analyses the feature and competitive forces of this industry. Based on the study of exterior enviroment, case study firstly points out the disadvantages and advantages GABP has and the strenth and threat GABP faces, then analyse why GABP should choose the enlarging strategy. In order to fulfill its strategy, GABP needs to choose a suitable organizational structure. Being a virtual enterprise might be the one. Finally, the case study points out that to be a virtual organization is not the only way GABP can go, but one of choice it can choose from.
