The Study Of Sustainable Development Of Chinese Agriculture

The sustainable development of agriculture is an essential aspect of the ideology of our country's sustainable development. As a great nation of agriculture, the problem of rural country and agriculture is a central problem of Chinese revolution, since there are 70% of the population and the problems of resource, economy, and society in rural countryside. According to these reasons, this dissertation tried to discuss the developmental problem of agriculture under the perspective of sustainable development.This paper consists of four parts. In the first part I tentatively investigate the implication, basic feature, main norm and structure of the sustainable development of agriculture with a stress on the significance of sustainable development of agriculture, which expresses that the sustainable agriculture is beneficial to solve and eliminate the malpractice and harm of traditional model of agricultural development, and is the basis and guarantee of the sustainable economy, and is inevitable selection of our country's joining the WTO. The third part investigated the facing problems and disadvantageous factors of the sustainable development of agriculture and argued that the main impediment of the sustainable development of agriculture are the series of problems of resource, environment, policy, science, and technology and peasants' low-income and difficulty of increasing product. In the fourth, I inquire into the strategies and ponderation of our country's sustainable development of agriculture, which believe that the sustainable development of agriculture must be accomplished in the direction of sustainable development theory, and the strategies and ponderation for solving the present existing problems of ideology, resource, environment, policy, science and technology, and peasants' income.
