The government policy support is not enough.Population aspect: The quanlity of large village surplus labor force is low; The feminine function in large village were not valued well, the village population increases quick.International environment aspect: Because China have joined the WTO, it give our country the opportunity to develop . At the same time, it also give our country a big pound : It give the bigger pressure to the production of the agricultural product and trade, limited the nation' s support to the agriculture, the market threshold jacks up, it lowering our country' s market competition ability of the agricultural product.All these aspects make seriously obstacle to China agricultural sustainable development.Because of our country productivity development level, special in resources condition, we should walk a contain Chinese characteristic developping road.At first, we should develop the inner part of agriculture . keep current agriculture resources, improve the environment, develop the ecosystem agriculture, reform the farmland system, adopt the different form properly, develop the agricultural profession cooperation organization . Solute the probolem of large village surplus labor force.Second, we should develop the outer environment.
