Research On Legal System Concerning Venture Investment Enterprise

Venture capital is a way of developing high-tech enterprises and enhancing our country' s global competition. Venture investment enterprise, whose legal system especially organizing form would be crucial to venture investment mechanism, is the nucleus of venture investment. Meanwhile, no matter what forms venture investment enterprise takes, we must, first of all, resolve the problem between the venture capital offerer and the venture specialist, that is, the principal-agent Issue; Moreover, the theories concerning the principal-agent relations becomes the foundation of this dissertation. On the basis of the above, Chapter Two to Chapter Five expound legal system out of venture investment enterprises from the angle of removing the principal-agent Issue risks; Therefore, the writer suggests that venture investment enterprises should be oriented to the limited partnership venture investment fund, after probes into the legal issues in respect of domestic and foreign venture investment companies.
