The progress of the manufacturing and information technology as well as the upcoming of consumer-oriented era implies that the enterprise competition has already entered a new stage. The value chain management in information economy has been paid more attention in the field of enterprises and theories. Under this background this article studies on the enterprise collaboration of the product value flow, an important part in value chain management, and aims at competing for consumers' whole value in information economy.The first part of thesis brings forward the competition for consumers' whole value in the information economy after reviewing traditional stratagems of cost and differentiation. The second part put forward the frame of value chain driven by the consumer for fulfilling consumers' whole value, including the corresponding value chain emphasis to meet different type of demand. The third part of thesis analyzes enterprises collaboration from the angle of function, and divides it into plan and division of value flow, information deputy of value flow and control of value flow, then stresses on the control of information flow and material flow between enterprises and harmonization mechanism of venture apportionment and profit distribution. The forth part analyzes the process of enterprise collaboration, first discusses the preparation for collaboration on value flow by the process of resource transformation in enterprise, including simplification of value flow in enterprises, introspection on economy of scale and improvement on manner of production, then illustrate the collaboration tactics on the process of value transmission from the flowing three processes: supply-manufacturing, manufacturing-distribution and storage-distribution.
