Just as we know it, in a certain meaning, any activity of any kind can be summed up as logistics, flow of business, flow of funds and flow of information. Logistics is the distribution of goods, the flow of funds is the fluxion process of fund accompanied logistics, the flow of business is the working process of managing activities, while the flow of information goes with all the flows above. In an era of digital and information, the whole system of supply chain is recapitulated as "mouse+wheel". In contemporary society, with the quick development of transportation technology, wheel can meet the demands quite well, while on the other hand, "mouse", namely the transit of information restricts the development of the whole supply chain to a large degree. Due to the short time supply chain information system appeared, it goes without saying that some defect still exist not only in the vertical process but also in the parallel process. The bull-whip effect in the former process and information's distortion in the latter limits the healthy development of the whole supply chain. In this essay, models are built to solve these problems, and suggestions as well as measures should be taken is also put forward in a detailed manner, among which the most important one is to call for the real awareness among members of the supply chain, and thus to ensure the share of the original consuming information. Besides, some problems about center-warehouse are dealt with in the 5th charter. Judging from this point, to build logistics reliance and develop social logistics is not only enterprise's demand, but also the demand of supply chain itself.
