This is a case of the strategy management of China Merchants Bank. This case includes two parts: case and case analysis.In the first part, we review China Merchants Bank' s development history in the past ten years, and introduce its characteristic products of "All-In-One-Card" and "All-In-One-Net" . Furthermore, we put forward an explanation for China Merchants Banks' s transformation from a traditional commercial bank into an "E~bank" in the era of the new economy.In the second part, based on the theories of strategy management, marketing management, and so on, we analyze the development strategies what China Merchants Bank has chosen in the volatile circumstances. We finally try to find some underlying objective economic principles for the development of middle&small commercial banks in China.
