Territorial Advantages Analysis Of Foreign Direct Investment In China

Based upon the globalization trend of economic development in 21s1 century, the article discusses the forming and decisive factors of territorial advantage of international direct investment, studies the staggered alteration of territorial advantage by taking the method of actual-evidence analysis, and finally establishes the model of three-stage territorial advantages theory. Based on this, the author suggests the three-stage alteration of territorial advantage of direct foreign investment in Suzhou through analysis of foreign investment activities in Suzhou. And in term of such alteration features, the article provides a series of suggestions for the policy adjustment in areas where the territorial advantage is at under transformation.
