Transformation Of The Government Functions Under The View Of WTO

In the condition of socialism market economy, one of the subjects of politics and public administration science is how to transform the functions of the government to meet the needs of our society. In the first part of the article, the author brings up a question that is how to complete the redesign of government functions after China WTO entry.In the second of the article, the author tries to explain that the idea of New Public Management is a tendency of government reform from comparison of New Public Management and WTO rule, New Public Management and government functions.In the third part, the author gives a specific example of practice. From the example, author discuss the possibility of transformation of government functions.
