Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a new management mode along with the practice of enterprise management. By the plan and control SCM can make cooperation between the inside and outside of enterprise. In the condition of Integration SCM Node Enterprise must concentrate on kernel operation, carry out Outsourcing and constitute Extended Corporation with the else Node Enterprise. To achieve this aim the enterprise must carry out Informatization management with information and communication technology. The reason of low degree on Chinese enterprise Informatization is not the lack of investment but because of the lack on understanding and applicating enterprise informatization. To increase the degree of Chinese enterprise informatization we must definite the meaning of informatization and take some step.
