Analysis And Design Of The Logistics Management System For Sanhuan Special Automobile Firm

As a rising service industry, logistics is considered as the artery of the national economy, which is regarded as "the Third Source of Profit" except the raw and processed material and the label. Modern logistics management is not the matters of a single department or a single corporation but a series of common activities that include the facts from the raw and processed material to consumer with the providing chain to be a ligament.The main several aspects were included in this paper as following :Outline of the logistics management, current status analysis of the logistics management in Sanhuan Special Automobile Firm, system of purchase in time, mode of the inventory management, system of distribution in time, logistics management of selling and the information system of logistics management in the firm. The logistics management of Sanhuan Special Automobile Firm was analyzed and devised by them.The logistics management system was analyzed by purchase, inventory and distribution in this paper. It is demonstrated that accelerating the development of logistics, optimizing the distribution of the resource are very important to reducing the cost of the firtru strengthening the competence of the firm and improving the economic effect.Logistics management is an effective way to improving the economic effect of a firm. Many advantages of the goods currency management in Sanhuan firm were analyzed. Some disadvantages were instructed at the same time. For example, large integer inventory magnitude of the firm, the separate status of the logistics management in the whole firm, the quality problem of the providing trader without track in time, the ambiguity of duty division in the logistics management and the difficulty of training the new personnel. According to these disadvantages, we put forward to a series of suggestions. The company should strengthen the relation with provider trader, carry on the purchase system in time- providing trader management, user stock and union inventory management, distribution system in time, reform the fittings logistics management. These steps will do good to the development of the firm.It is worth pointing out that healthy development of the firm needs more endeavors and logistics is one section of them, which is a key section at the same time. It was set forth in detail that the goods currency management department has its own character in this paper. On base of these, logistics management system was analyzed and devised. We believe that if the theory is connected with the firm's practice, the firm will get favorable economic effect.
