This article analyses the development of logistics at home and abroad and the importance of logistics BPR .Be aimed at the present and questions of logistics in SWA ,it puts forward that takes the purchase sales and stock as core process,takes BPR as theory foundation,takes building a logistics system of low cost efficiency as target and it study and reengineering the logistics business process of SWA.This article carries out investigation and research on purchase logistics and stock logistics of SWA and summarise the questions in it.
